This Katkoot Champagne Dosage Zero Premier Cru originates from the vineyards surrounding Chigny-les-Roses, a renowned Premier Cru in the Champagne region of France.
Carefully composed around the 2015 harvest and completed with four selected reserve vintages, this special cuvée “CH” is defined by a dedicated disgorgement, carried out specifically for this edition.

For each release and disgorgement, we meticulously balance the proportions of these vintage reserves to achieve optimal results and maintain excellence. Grown using biodynamic techniques that harmonize with the environment, the wine exhibits a lightly golden color with aromas of white fruits, spices, and a hint of bread crust. Additionally, as a zero-dosage Champagne, no sugar is added at disgorgement, resulting in a pure and precise expression.
