KATKOOT / CHROME HEARTS
CHAMPAGNE DOSAGE ZERO PREMIER CRU
LIMITED EDITION OF 1000 BOTTLES
Born from a longstanding friendship and a shared commitment to craftsmanship, KATKOOT / CHROME HEARTS CHAMPAGNE DOSAGE ZERO PREMIER CRU is the result of several years of creative dialogue, mutual respect and a shared sense of family.
Created specifically for this collaboration, the cuvée is based on the 2017 harvest and completed with four reserve wines, individually selected and assembled to achieve a precise balance of freshness, depth and maturity.
Produced in a strictly limited edition of only 1,000 bottles, the Champagne underwent a dedicated disgorgement, 11-2025-CH, carried out exclusively for this release.
The removable bronze base, produced in the C.H. LA factory, transforms the bottle into a collectible object intended to be preserved and remembered long after the wine has been enjoyed.
The grapes are sourced primarily from Premier Cru vineyards across the Montagne de Reims, centred around Chigny-les-Roses, together with selected components from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs.
Cultivated according to biodynamic principles and in harmony with the surrounding environment, the grapes give rise to a Champagne defined by purity, structure and precision.
Lightly golden in colour, the wine reveals notes of white-fleshed fruit, delicate spices and fresh bread crust, supported by a refined mineral character and a long, elegant finish.
As a zero-dosage Champagne, no sugar is added at disgorgement, preserving the wine’s natural balance and allowing the character of the fruit, the terroir and its extended ageing to be expressed with clarity and authenticity.
WINEMAKING PROCESS
Crafted exclusively from first-press juice, thehand-selected grapes are gently pressed using traditional Coquard presses.
Primary and malolactic fermentations take placepredominantly in stainless-steel tanks, while selected components are fermentedand aged in oak foudres, bringing depth and complexity while preserving thewine’s freshness and purity.
The final assemblage combines the 2017 harvest with fourreserve wines selected exclusively for this cuvée, each contributing to itsbalance, maturity and distinctive character.
Following secondary fermentation in the bottle, theChampagne is aged on its lees for a minimum of seven years before its dedicateddisgorgement.
The result is a Champagne created not only to mark acollaboration, but to embody the friendship, craftsmanship and shared visionbehind it.
